Foolish Things

Dear One,

When faced with big challenges — do you automatically look to the most powerful means to solve the challenge?  Beloved — this is not thinking the CHAMPIONS Way God thinks.  The Bible says God is pleased to use what the world calls foolish, weak, base — despised — to bring to nothing things which are mighty.

God asked Moses — “What is that in your hand?”  Moses answered — “A rod!”  And with that “rod” God used Moses to perform miracles confounding the great might of Pharaoh.

A little boy said — “I have five loaves and two fish!”  And with that little boy’s meager lunch, Jesus thanked God as He fed 10,000 — then His disciples gathered up 12 baskets full of leftover fish and bread.

Samson said — “I have the jawbone of an ass!”  And with God, Samson slayed a thousand Philistine enemies of God’s people with that jawbone.

David, a young shepherd boy said —“I have a sling and stones!”  And with God, and one of David’s stones in his sling, David toppled down mighty Goliath, the giant Philistine champion.
Almighty God uses all of ROSE Ministries and simple CLEAR Vision television ministry that pales in comparison to so many refined, flawless television ministries — to speak to pastors, hurting moms and dads, elderly, many foreign people around the world — many sick, suffering, dying.

Still — it pleases God to use us to lead many hurting, suffering folks, especially the elderly, the broken — to Jesus Christ.     Many folks call in testifying for the first time in their lives, they are completely set free from fears, worries — free from disabling, deadly diseases — loneliness — deep-rooted mental, emotional anguish — religious traditions — generational curses — debts — ravages of past mistakes — death.

Beloved — never despise what seems weak or insignificant to the world.  Almighty God uses the weak, foolish, insignificant things to bring down giants in your life!  Foolish things of the world shame the wise!
