Today’s Scripture

“Without faith no one can please God.
Anyone who comes to God must believe that
He is real and that He rewards those
who truly want to find Him”
                                         (Hebrews 11:6)

Consistent Great Wild Faith
Pleases God

Dear One,

Say the same thing God says!  “Seeing then that we have a great High Priest that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession confession” (Hebrews 4:14).  Hold fast beloved — saying!  The Greek word translated “profession” here is translated confession.  The literal Greek meaning of this word is — “to speak the same thing”.  So instead of saying — “Let us hold fast our confession”, you can say — “I hold fast to speaking the same thing God says.”  Your words must be His Words.

What keeps defeating many people? — Mixed up, double talk confessions, inconsistent faith.  They quote you Scripture — “Yes, the LORD is my Shepherd, and I shall not want.”  “Philippians 4:19 says my God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and I believe God supplies my needs.”  Then they leave you, meet up with someone else! Their mind slides back to troubles, saying — “Oh Lord, I’m doing really bad!  I’m sick, can’t pay my car payment. It looks like I’ll lose my car, my house.  I guess the phone has to go too.”  One time they say one thing — next time saying opposite else.

What happened to their first God’s Word they said?   Null, voided (undone) by the second confession.  Beloved, speak only God’s Great Wild Faith — speak only what God says!  Or, stop talking.  Hold fast to God’s Word, like a starving, mad dog to a piece of raw meat!  Your Great Wild Faith in God, comes from God alive in your spirit — pleases God!

You speaking He is real and He rewards those who truly want to find Him pleases Him!  You speaking His consistent Great Wild Faith alive in your spirit, pleases God!
