Challenges, crisis — try to drive you to anxious.  God never expects you to re-act.  He expects you to act un-anxious about everything.  Whatever the circumstance — God expects you to go to Him in prayer, praise telling Him what you need — thanking Him for His Divine Answers.

God already knows what you need before you speak!  He wants you to know what you need!  Yes — you need more of Him!  When you require Him as your most vital necessity — His peace surpassing all understanding guards your heart — your mind from all worries, anxieties — all fears.

“ROSE this is easy for you to say — ‘Be anxious for nothing.’  Just try living with my husband, my child for one day. Try disciplining this teenager of mine.  Just look at the balance in my bank account!  How can I not be anxious?”

Beloved — God is the One who said — “Be anxious for nothing.”  The apostle Paul said this. Yet, it was Paul — prompted by the Holy Spirit.  Yes, when Paul wrote this — he was a prisoner under house arrest in Rome.  Paul had been sent to Rome because he appealed to Caesar regarding his death sentence.  Jews in Jerusalem wanted Paul put to death (Acts 28:16–20).

Yet, Paul wrote these resounding words — “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

Beloved — are you anxious or worried?  Focus on God’s words.  Are you anxious about a sickness, a huge debt?  Done!  God is true to His Word.  Praise casting your cares to Him — His peace sets your heart and mind at complete rest.  The One with whom nothing is impossible takes care of all for you!  Stay focused to the LORD praising Him you are “Anxious over nothing.”
