Father thank You for helping me travel light. I really tried on my own. I believe I really tried. But, now You have prepared me. With You, Your Spirit alive inside my spirit Father God I stay prepared for every baby birthday, baptisms, weddings, funerals — all life! With You Father, I am prepared for every “Victory-Joy” party.
With You living in me, You have made me able to safely parachute into enemy lines. Whatever should show up on my path, or who would come to invite me to dinner in Iraq — I know You provide for me. You LORD have taught me to drop excess baggage! Father, the many bags I carried before are now unpacked! The trunk of fear is empty! The hanging bag of guilt, condemnation, shame is gone! The suitcase filled with unhappiness is forever locked shut. Carry bags of lonely are no more! A backpack of rejections, failures gone. No wonder Father I used to be so worn out in the middle of each days journey. Thank You Father God for saying to me — “Set all that baggage down — empty it! You are carrying loads that are not yours to carry.” Yes Father, all that baggage was so heavy! Thank You Father for saying to me — “Come to Me! I see you are weary, carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” Thank You Father God for emptying my baggage, making my life light, full of joy! BLESSINGS POURING –
